About the Parade

Since 1986, the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association (WCFHBA) has showcased the region’s finest homes through our annual Parade of Homes. This year’s Parade will be truly exciting as we highlight the unique lifestyle experienced by those of us fortunate enough to call Southeastern North Carolina home.

The Parade is the ultimate opportunity to view a variety of new homes built by talented local builders, all of whom are members of WCFHBA. Whether you are a long time resident or a first-time visitor to our beautiful area, our Parade is sure to have something that will catch your eye. For two full weekends, we showcase the best and brightest that the building industry has to offer as we work to make your real estate dreams a reality.

Want a home close to the beach, downtown, or right on the golf course? Looking for a neighborhood with multiple amenities? Looking to upgrade to a larger space or downsize for less maintenance? No matter what home style you are considering, we are sure you will find what you are looking for in this year’s Parade.

From Our Leadership Team

Traditionally, the spring buying season is one of the busiest times in real estate, and the Parade of Homes has played a major role for 35 years. The Parade showcases the grit and determination of our industry by highlighting the talents and craftsmanship of our region’s finest home builders and master artisans. It also provides a one-of-a-kind opportunity to tour new homes and discover the latest in new technologies, products, and finishes.

We are proud of the role our members play in making homeownership the American dream of so many and of the role we play in providing homes, jobs, and a strong tax base to our local communities.

As an organization devoted to improving the quality of life in the communities we serve, we take great pride in making sure all of our events are safe for our members and the public. For that reason, things may still look a little different as you get out and tour the homes this year. I want to assure you that all of our builders, vendors, and Parade participants will be adhering to the safety guidelines and measures as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control, and our State and Local Health Departments.

Welcome to the 35th Annual Parade of Homes™! Since 1986, the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association has showcased the region’s finest homes through our annual Parade of Homes. This self-guided tour is always free to the public and we welcome you to be our guest.

Consumers will have the opportunity to explore 46 different homes, get to know the 22 different builders, view home descriptions, view photos and floor plans, take 3D virtual tours, and see the latest in construction, design, and furnishings through our interactive website.
